Plowboy

This is a buck we found, I believe, in 2004. The person who told us about him had named him Plowboy for some reason. We guessed him to score maybe 84 or a tad more.

If you guys like videos more than pictures let me know and I'll try to get some more videos rolling! :)

Pretty cool video. You need a window mounted tripod though!! haha. All my videos are the same way!

I thought you guys took Plowboy???

video is nice, but sometimes it slows the whole site down. Maybe Google will give you more bandwidth

That video was actually taken with a camera mounted directly to a tripod. :) It's just that when you're trying to steady a camera that's pushing 160X optical power it's a little tough.

We never took him. Never saw him after this video was taken, but we also never went looking for him either.

John, I think you might just need faster internet! ;) I'll look into trying to speed it up, but I doubt there's anything I can do since I don't know much about it. The page always loads instantaneously for me. :)

Well, 160X will do that!! haha

I must have been thinking of some other forward horned buck that you guys took??

You starting to get ready for the upcoming scouting season? I know I am. I am seeing more and more bucks everyday and even though it's still really early, I can't help but want to get out there and take some pictures.

Not sure if you are seeing the same thing I am so far this year but the antelope that I have seen are in really big groups 20 - 30 in a heard. I know it is winter but typically 10 - 15 is what I have seen but not this year. Maybe they know something we don't. Maybe some more big storms coming out way

John,

That's pretty typical for 19A this time of year. Once the does start getting close to dropping their fawns, they will all but disappear for a while.
